He co-founded the firm following his service as Deputy Executive Director of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) from 2010-2012. Jeff was a senior political strategist for the House Republican leadership, and had management responsibility for all aspects of the Committee’s work. He played a key role in both raising and directing the expenditure of the Committee’s $150 million budget. He led the Young Guns program founded by Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy and Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan to help Republican candidates build strong campaigns through a rigorous program of goals, benchmarks and accountability.
